This is Sissy's first Christmas in school, and I wanted to do something nice for her therapists. She receives Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy twice a week. Each department works with her one on one and sometimes they have to tag team my little wiggle worm. Each department received a plate of muffins, a thank you note, and this little poem I wrote inspired by the children's book "If You Give a Moose a Muffin" by
Laura Numeroff.
If you give a Therapist a muffin, she will probably ask you for another... Then you will have to take all the skills that she has taught you and make some more....When you are done baking and present her with the muffin, she’ll forget that she wanted the muffin, but will be proud of you for making it on your own!
